NAC616C.1156. Claim received for employer to whom insurer does not provide coverage: Copy of claim to Administrator.

If an insurer receives a claim for compensation from an injured employee and determines that the employer named in the claim for compensation is not an employer to whom the insurer provides coverage, the insurer shall, within 3 working days after making such a determination, deliver by electronic transmission or other method a copy of the claim for compensation to the Administrator.
