NAC635.160. Decision to proceed with hearing; response to complaint.

If the Board, after reviewing a complaint, decides to proceed with a hearing, it will send a copy of the complaint to each person against whom the complaint is made. A response to the complaint must be filed within 20 days after receipt of the complaint.
