1. Upon the filing of a petition for judicial review of a final decision in a contested case, the Board will cause a record to be made in accordance with subsection 6 of NRS 233B.121 and transmit the record to the reviewing court in accordance with subsection 2 of NRS 233B.131.

2. Persons desiring copies of the record may obtain them from the office of the Board upon payment of the fees assessed by the Board.
