NAC639.160. Required time for receipt of application.

Latest version.

Any application required to be submitted to the Board must be received in one of the offices of the Board at least 15 days before the meeting of the Board at which action on the application will be taken. An application which is not submitted by the time required may still be considered by the Board for good cause.
