NAC639.583. Dispensing or transferring radiopharmaceuticals.

Latest version.

A radiopharmaceutical must be dispensed only pursuant to a prescription order received from a licensed practitioner authorized by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or an agreement state to possess, use and administer such a drug. A radiopharmaceutical may be transferred to a person who is authorized to possess and use such a drug for nonclinical applications.
