NAC641A.475. Filing and availability of pleadings, motions and other papers.

Latest version.

An original and two legible copies of each pleading, motion or other paper must be filed with the Board. The Board may direct that a copy of each pleading and motion be made available by the party filing it to any other person who the Board determines may be affected by the proceeding and who desires a copy.
