NAC641B.012. “Approved provider of continuing education” defined.

Latest version.

“Approved provider of continuing education” means a provider that the Board has approved to provide programs of continuing education without submitting the contents of each individual program for the review process set forth in subsection 1 of NAC 641B.191.
