  • “Services that are culturally and linguistically appropriate” means any care or services provided by a licensee that:

         1. Are effective, understandable and respectful; and

         2. Within the limitations of any available resources, are compatible with the client’s:

         (a) Cultural beliefs and practices; and

         (b) Preferred language of communication.
