  • If the Board determines that a complaint warrants administrative action, a copy of the formal complaint will be served upon each person against whom the formal complaint is made. Such a person may respond to the formal complaint by filing an answer within 20 days after receipt thereof. If he or she fails to answer within the time prescribed, he or she will be deemed to have denied generally the allegations of the formal complaint.
