NAC645A.125. Approved providers: Misrepresentation in advertising prohibited.

A provider approved by the Commissioner shall not make any misrepresentation in its advertising about any approved course which it offers to fulfill requirements for licensing or continuing education under this chapter or chapter 645A of NRS.
