NAC645H.510. Correction of deficiencies.

1. The Division may grant an asset management company or asset manager not more than 10 calendar days to correct any deficiency involving advertising, business location or office operation. A notice of the deficiency and a request to correct the deficiency must be mailed to the asset management company or asset manager, as appropriate. Failure to comply with the request may be grounds for the suspension or revocation of a certificate of registration or permit. The notice must be sent on a form provided by the Division and set forth the deficiencies or violations, the recommended action and the date by which the deficiencies must be corrected.
2. The Division may grant an extension for a definite time to correct the deficiency whenever the correction requires additional time.
