NAC652.115. “Point-of-care test” defined.

“Point-of-care test” means a test that is:

1. Performed by means of a point-of-care testing device; and

2. Classified as a waived test or a moderate complexity test pursuant to 42 C.F.R. Part 493, Subpart A.
