“Property and casualty insurance company” means an insurance company authorized to write:

     1. Casualty insurance as defined in NRS 681A.020;

     2. Marine and transportation insurance or wet marine and transportation insurance as defined in NRS 681A.050;

     3. Property insurance as defined in NRS 681A.060; or

     4. Surety insurance as defined in NRS 681A.070.
