NAC687B.2045. “Standardized benefit plan” defined.

“Standardized benefit plan” means a benefit plan to supplement Medicare that is designated as Standardized Benefit Plan A through N, inclusive, or High Deductible Benefit Plan F or J, as set forth in NAC 687B.300 to 687B.323, inclusive.
