NAC690A.115. Credit life insurance: Use of different rate for coverage of preexisting condition.

If a policy of credit life insurance includes coverage for a preexisting condition, the policy may not include a different rate for coverage of a preexisting condition unless the preexisting condition:

     1. Required medical diagnosis or treatment within the 6 months immediately preceding the effective date of coverage; and

     2. Causes death within 6 months after the effective date of coverage.
