NAC703.478. Final map: Verification of approval or disapproval by Commission.

The Commission will send written verification of its approval or disapproval of an application for approval of the final map for a subdivision that is filed with the Commission pursuant to NAC 703.476 to the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or the district board of health acting for the Division pursuant to NRS 278.335, consistent with subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 278.377, and with the Division of Water Resources of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, consistent with paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 278.377, within 2 business days after issuance of a final order in the matter.
