NAC286.440. Request for appeal or reconsideration; statement from member of staff.

  •      1. A person or the person’s representative must request an appeal or reconsideration in writing and submit it to the System within 45 days after notification of the decision made by the staff or the Board.

         2. A written request for an appeal or reconsideration must reasonably describe the complete basis for the request and must set forth the relief which is being requested from the Board.

         3. A member of the System’s staff will submit a statement for the record listing the legal basis for the staff’s determination, a chronological development of events, the situation as indicated by the records and documents available to the System and any legal references which may be relevant to the Board’s decision.
