NAC293.025. Submission of complaint concerning violation of provision of title 24 of NRS.

Latest version.

A person who wishes to file a complaint concerning an alleged violation of any provision of title 24 of NRS must:

1. Submit the complaint in writing to the Secretary of State; and

2. Sign the complaint.

Ê The complaint may include proof of the alleged violation.
