NAC293.187. Provision of certain information to persons who are elderly or persons with disabilities: Alternative formats.

Latest version.

An alternative format for the purposes of providing information concerning elections, information concerning how to register to vote and information concerning the manner of voting for use by a person who is elderly or a person with a disability pursuant to NRS 293.469 includes, without limitation:

     1. An audio tape;

     2. The telephone;

     3. A telecommunications device that is accessible to a person who is deaf;

     4. An Internet site; or

     5. A closed-captioned video.
