NAC319.760. Persons prohibited from purchasing obligations of Division.

Latest version.

A person or any “related person” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 147 from whom the Division acquires obligations under this program shall not purchase obligations of the Division in an amount related to the amount of obligations which the Division has acquired from him or her.
