Upon receipt of an application, the Director will forward all data and information contained therein to the authorized financial advisers, bond underwriters, bond counsel and attorneys and other persons or entities retained by the Director to determine the marketability of the proposed bonds or securities and the financial feasibility of the proposed water project.
