NAC445A.54044. Certification of persons operating facility.

A public water system shall, not later than 6 months after receiving notification from the Division or the appropriate district board of health that it is operating a facility to treat groundwater, ensure that the persons who operate the facility to treat groundwater have been issued appropriate operating certificates as required by NAC 445A.626.
