The cooperative agreement between the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Consumer and Marketing Service of the Department of Agriculture contemplates that the status of slaughter and processing plants in Nevada will be equal to those required at plants under federal inspection. To accomplish this, the Board of Health hereby adopts as regulations the applicable sections of Part 302 to Part 320, inclusive, of the Regulations Governing Meat Inspection of the Department of Agriculture.
