NAC590.015. Inspection fee.

Latest version.

A manufacturer, packer, seller or distributor of antifreeze shall pay an inspection fee of $50 for each brand of antifreeze submitted to the State Sealer of Consumer Equitability for inspection pursuant to NRS 590.380.
