NAC641B.065. “Social worker” defined.

Latest version.

“Social worker” means a licensed associate in social work or a person holding a license or provisional license as a licensed social worker, a licensed independent social worker or a licensed clinical social worker unless the context specifically refers solely to a person licensed as a licensed social worker pursuant to NRS 641B.220.
