NAC703.140. Rejection of documents; effect of acceptance.

Latest version.

A document which is not in compliance with the provisions of this chapter or applicable statutes may be rejected. If rejected, that document will be returned with an indication of its deficiencies. The acceptance of a document for filing is not a determination that the document complies with all regulations of the Commission and is not a waiver of those regulations.
