NAC445A.54022. Applicability.

The provisions of NAC 445A.54022 to 445A.5405, inclusive, apply to any public water system that uses a source of groundwater that must be treated to remove or blend a constituent that exceeds primary drinking water maximum contaminant levels as adopted by reference in NAC 445A.4525 or the secondary drinking water maximum contaminant levels specified in NAC 445A.455.
