NAC446.415. Disposal of sewage.

Latest version.

1. All sewage, including liquid waste, must be disposed of in a manner approved by the health authority.

2. Facilities for the disposal of sewage which do not use water, including chemical toilets, are prohibited except as permitted by the health authority for a temporary food establishment which is in a remote area or because of special situations.
